This 1970 clip shows Abbie Hoffman speaking to a group of youth. The location is Dallas, Texas. Hoffman is accompanied by criminal defense attorney Leonard Weinglass.

A large group of hippies, college-aged and white, are sitting outside on a lawn listening and laughing as Abbie Hoffman speaks to them on a microphone. The crowd stands up and applauds when he finishes. Hoffman is surrounded by journalists, microphones, and cameras as he answers questions about the Chicago Seven trial.

People - perhaps Christians - are dressed in clothing reminiscent of biblical times, carrying walking sticks and parchment as they protest. On person appears to hold an open bible, and they all appear to bear ash-like markings on their foreheads. This protest seems to be taking place where Hoffman was just speaking to the hippies.
