Footage begins with Black Panthers climbing over a chain-link fence with the help of cops. The Panthers, all of whom are wearing handcuffs, are then ushered into a waiting paddy wagon. Many cops are standing around; some of them have their weapons drawn. A large crowd of African-Americans, some of whom appear to be yelling or chanting from across the street, are watching the arrests take place.
