A group of protesters gathered in front of a building. In the next shot, the army arrives to investigate. Soldiers approach the protesters outside of the building. Military police arrest a black man dressed in a black panther uniform. The MPs take him through the crowd of protesters, and the crowd becomes angry. The crowd surrounds the MP’s car and starts shaking it. The protesters won’t let the MP’s jeep leave and shakes the car more violently. More military police come to control the crowd. They march into the square.
