A pair of hands pours some white powder into a iron pan inside a sink. The hands take the powder and repackages them in smaller plastic bags. On the street, a drug deal goes on between two homeless black men while pedestrians in the foreground are oblivious. In Manhattan the heroin goes for $500,000 while the poppies are worth $350 per pound. With the camera in a cop car, several shots of urban ghettos in Harlem and the Bronx point out the worst heroin areas.
