Two women talk over a wooden fence, the top of a metal tube and an umbrella move past them, the two women look surprised. The two object move past a house. They reach a street where you see the objet fully, the metal tube and umbrella are connected to a ox with eye holes cut into it and two set of feet in sneakers are seen beneath it. The box stops near a stand of apples, a hand reaches out, grabs two and leaves some change. A looking out a window, sees the box and looks confused. One child pops smiling out carrying a brown paper bag, the man smiles. The boy empties the bag which contained change into a drawer beneath the window the man is standing behind and get a dollar in exchange. The narrator explains that it is known that there is a change shortage so the viewer should bring in change to their nearest bank. The bank teller smiles and the box continues on its way.
