A step-by-step overview of how Eric the artist goes about creating a flower basket out of a cake. Shows him using a flat spatula to spread the frosting, using the cake wheel to spread the frosting evenly, using the piping tube to squeeze out ornamental designs on the cake. Eric takes the tube and makes various lines which make up the weavings of a basket. Then later adds sugar flowers and leaves to the cake. Fades to a shot of various piping tubes arranged in a circle, as it rotates on the screen, demonstrating the different types of piping tubes and what kind of designs they produce.
