The clip begins with an establishing shot of a flag pole with the USA and California flags, which pans down to a high school. The voice over says that steroids use is not limited to just body builders, and one in fifteen high school males uses steroid. Two close ups of high school boys talking in groups follow, then the shot comes back to a body builder featured earlier in the film. The voice over says that if steroids can get you ripped faster than exercise, so what’s the big problem? Next comes a shot of a black man with a thick mustache, and and a woman lifting weights in a gym. The voice over begins talking about steroid side effects, and the scene changes to a doctor looking a brain scans on a lit wall. The final shot is a man, who is a former steroid use, curling a huge barbell while standing.
