Aerial shots of USDA canal projects are followed buy some scientists hunched down with beakers near the canals. The beakers are full of water and the scientists are sampling water, which later goes back to a lab and is injected into a testing machine. A scientist puts a beaker underneath flowing water and it overflows with clear, delicious canal water.
