Film continues with diagrams of bomb impact and our narrator tells us some precautionary measures that we can make to better our chances of survival in the event of a Nuclear attack. We see basements that are converted to barricade to impact of an explosion. Our Narrator mentions other options for those who cant afford such conversions. Camera pulls back, from the projected diagrams, as our narrator gives his best judgment / rationale of what is the likeliness of human survival, by reacting fast and efficiently, citizens who are prepared make the best decisions.
