This clip from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco (the world’s fair of 1915) shows baby incubators, a visit from Fatty Arbuckle, and some folk dancing from various countries. It opens with a pan across some baby incubators and a MS of a nurse caring for one of the babies. Another MS shows smiling nurses carrying babies in front of the camera. A MS of Madame Schumann-Heink comes before a shot of Fatty Arbuckle and Mabel Normand walking down the steps in front of the new city hall in a WS. Next are several shots of the pair on a boat in MS outside the city facing the pavilion, with what appears to be POV shots of the exhibition from the boat. The shot fades out and fades in to people walking around the pavilion in WS. Several shots (many panning) depict some sort of speech and people listening. The last shots are of folk dancers, all in WS and LS.
