This clip shows the US military delivering aid to cattle ranches in Woodward, Oklahoma. 

Men in uniform drive a tractor piled with hay bales. The men move the hay bales to inside three helicopters. The helicopters take off. Cattle are seen from a bird’s eye view and hay bales are dropped near the cattle. The title card at the end states “Today’s Army want to join you.”
