A grandfather reads Jack and the Beanstalk to his granddaughter before she goes to bed. As he tells the story he notices that she has Cracker Jacks beside her in bed. Every time he thinks she's asleep he tries to grab them from her but she wakes up. Luckily, she doesn't notice him. He continues to try and grab them but it doesn't work, because when she finally falls asleep she's holding them close to herself. Grandpa gives up.
