The narrator says that Russian doctors developed a synthetic version of testosterone around this time and some body builders were taking it so Russians began to dominate sporting events. There are more shots of old photographs of Russian athletes pumping weights and winning awards. The clip goes on to show pictures of newspaper articles about steroids and athletes accused of using drugs.
