Clip begins with Sam Sheppard, in handcuffs, being moved the Ohio State Penitentiary to serve a life sentence for the murder of his wife, Marillyn Sheppard. Footage follows of Ohio State penitentiary filmed from a high vantage with prisoners walking through the yard. Then a closer view, again from above, of the prisoners. Narration describes the hiring of F. Lee Bailey by Sheppard's family and leads into an onscreen interview with Bailey regarding the trial and the negative impact of the media on the legitimacy of the trial.
